Let's start with the basics.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Australia is $8 flat rate on all orders up to $68.99.

When you spend $69 or more you get shipping Australia wide for FREE! 

Outside of Australia?

Shipping to New Zealand is $15 flat rate on all orders up to $99.99.

When you spend $100 or more you get shipping to New Zealand FREE!

Shipping to the US is $15 flat rate on all orders up to $149.99.

When you spend $150 or more you get shipping to the US FREE!

We are working hard on other destinations to offer flat shipping costs, but in the meantime those rates will be calculated at the checkout.  

Import Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. 

How does it work?

The short version is:

You order. We pack. We ship. You get.  Simple - how we like it.

Great - but how does it really work?

You like the details huh? That's ok - so do we.

1. You place your order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email including the postal address you have provided.  We'll also let you know that your item will be on its way shortly and tell you how great we think you are. 'Cause you are.

2. On the road.

Your order is picked up by Australia Post and starts 'the journey'. You should also get another email from us stopping by your inbox to say hi and let you know that the postman is peddling hard on his (or her) way to you. We also let you know your tracking number but don't get too excited... sometimes those things take a few hours to appear in the Australia Post system.

3. The next 2-10 business days.

As much as we believe in equality for all, sometimes the tyranny of distance beats us.

Metro areas are usually the quickest (2-5 days). If you're a little further out then it can take up to 10 days but it is on its way we promise.
