Dry Body Brush
This skin-smoothing exfoliation tool is just the thing that your body needs.
Our Dry Brush refreshes your skin, stimulates the lymphatic system and encourages circulation - best used on fresh, clean and dry skin.
How to use:
Always use upward strokes, towards your upper body!
1. Start with the soles of your feet, brushing them in long, quick strokes. Next, move up your legs, brushing from the top of your feet to your thighs and buttocks. You can also do a few short strokes behind your knees.
2. Moving up the body, brush your arms, moving in strokes from hands to elbows, then upper arms to shoulders. You can also gently brush underneath your arms (remember to use only very light pressure on the underarms.)
3. Next, gently brush your chest, stomach, back and shoulders. For these areas you can actually use circular, clockwise movements. Generally, dry body brushing is not recommended for the face and neck since these areas are so delicate and sensitive.
Follow with a shower to wash away any dead skin and impurities lifted by brushing, then we recommend applying our Magnesium & White Tea Body Balm to your freshly exfoliated skin to encourage further relaxation of your muscles and delivery of instant hydration to leave your skin ultra-soft and smooth.

Is Magnesium safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Yes, 100%! However, we do like to let people know that there is a small amount of Lavender Essential Oil in our Beauty Sleep and Little by TBC range which some people like to avoid during pregnancy. If you have any specific concerns, please contact a health professional.
Can I use Magnesium on my children?
Yes! But, as children tend to have more sensitive skin than adults, we would recommend using a product from our Little by TBC range as a first preference. Alternatively, if you want to use the stronger Magnesium Oil, you can try applying a moisturiser to the area first and then spray. Once it's confirmed this dose can be tolerated, you can build up to 3 sprays over a moisturiser until eventually you can use the Magnesium Oil by itself.
Which of your products has the highest percentage of Magnesium?
