Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes things don't go quite to plan - we get that.  If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product simply:

1. Email us at including your name and order number
2. Return the unopened and unused product to us at the address below.

Once received, The Base Collective team will gladly refund your order. Please be aware that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that the product being returned is the responsibility of the customer until received at The Base Collective.

If there has been a mix up with your order please email us at and we will be in touch as soon as possible to make it better.
