You can use all your favourites how you like or follow our routine below:
Start by lighting the candle to set the mood and then start running a warm bath and add 1/2 a packet of our pure Magnesium Chloride Salts. For an extra indulgence add 4-5 pumps of Magnesium & White Tea wash to give gentle bubbles that will not only clean whilst you soak but remove dead skin cells and nourish your skin.
Follow with our Magnesium Cream with Vitamin E and Magnesium Spray onto all your achy muscles and feet to ensure you are relaxed, get a good dose of Magnesium and are ready to face whatever juggle is next.
Pregnancy Safe? Yes absolutely safe during pregnancy and beyond. We have lots of pregnant ladies who use this spray for aches and pains, restless legs and sleep.
Can I use this on my children? You can but we recommend doing a patch test first as children's skin is up to 12 times thinner than adults and it may tingle. It tingles when I apply? This is normal if you haven't used Magnesium Oil before and also if you have dry skin. We recommend using our Magnesium Balm which won't tingle when applied but will give you the benefits of Magnesium you are looking for.

I have a thyroid condition that gives me very achy legs in bed at night and these products have really helped.No night leg pain at all.I did feel like I was using too much product though in spraying the oil on my entire legs but then read to spay a few pumps into my hand first then rub onto my legs.Great solution but I do find there is a bit of cast-off spray when i spray onto my hands.These products are really helping
