How do I use
Magnesium Chloride is actually best absorbed through the skin, the largest organ in our body.
For a Bath - Dissolve 1/2 to 1 Full Sachet of Salts into a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes to maximise transdermal absorption.
For a Foot Bath - Add 1 -2 tablespoons of Salts into a warm foot bath and soak for at least 20 minutes to maximise transdermal absorption.
